As a top Jersey shore wedding venue, we get asked A LOT of questions. Our FAQ page and weddings page as great information, but we wanted to hear directly from curious brides and grooms. What are the benefits of a hotel wedding?

The biggest benefit to a having a hotel wedding is the convenience. You can do EVERYTHING in one location. You and your partner can get ready onsite at the Days Hotel Toms River in one of our suites or guest rooms. We have several locations at the property to take formal photos with your wedding party, family, and friends. Host your wedding ceremony in either the Atlantis or Coral Ballroom, followed by an elaborate cocktail hour in our Veranda. Then dance the night away during your reception surround by all your loved ones! And finally, you and your guests can end the night by simply walking to their room booked through your room block. Bonus Benefit! Book a post-event breakfast or brunch to reminisce about all the fun had the previous night.

Money, Money, Money! What are your prices?

This is the most asked question, and for good reason! It is one of the biggest deciding factors on where you will host your wedding. While we can’t give you an exact answer as pricing depends on your guest count, day of the week, ballroom, package, etc., we can provide you with a range. You have two ballrooms, but what’s the difference?

Both recently renovated ballrooms include cascading crystal chandeliers, custom lighting, a full bar, and a large dance floor! The main difference is size. The Atlantis Ballroom is our larger ballroom and can hold up to 225 guests with a dance floor, while the Coral Ballroom is perfect for smaller gatherings – up to 110 guests. So whether you want to invite ALL your family and friends and host a huge, extravagant affair or want something more intimate, we have you covered.

Can we bring our own décor?

Yes, of course! You are more than welcome to bring in any décor you’d like. We love to see all the personal details our couples bring in to really showcase who they are. If you don’t want to bring in any additional décor, not to worry! We provide beautiful centerpieces, linens, place settings, lighting, a sweetheart table, backdrop, table numbers, napkin rings, and so much more!

Where do you suggest we take formal wedding photos?

We love this question because there are so many locations nearby to take beautiful wedding photos! Want pictures on the beach? We’re just a 10-minute drive to Jersey shore beaches and the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Island Heights and Huddy Park, both about a 5-minute drive, are popular photos spots among our couples. And if you don’t want to travel, the ballrooms, hotel, and surrounding property all provide stunning backdrops to take photos right onsite. Is there space to get ready?

Yes! As we stated before, the Atlantis and Coral Ballrooms are in the Days Hotel Toms River-Jersey Shore. Our wedding packages include three complimentary guest rooms (two the night prior to your event and one the night of your event) that you can use however you’d like! You can reserve these for yourselves and your wedding party and have them for the day of to get ready in.

Can we have a food tasting?

Yes! We offer group tastings 2-3 times a year where we showcase a variety of food items for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert! We usually have music, play games, and mix and mingle for a few hours while every enjoys eating and drinking. You may also have a private tasting for an additional cost.

Where is cocktail hour held?

Whether you booked the Atlantis Ballroom or the Coral Ballroom, cocktail hour is held in the Veranda. Cocktail hour stations are positioned in the center and around the perimeter of the room while passed hors d’oeuvres are served by our uniformed waitstaff. There’s a bar and plenty of seating for all your guests!
